Observation

Licensor observed eating spaces not cleaned before and after eating; provider was observed using toilet paper in place of paper towels to clean when licensor asked provider to clean the table. Licensor observed floors not cleaned as needed after meals with goldfish crackers and apples on the floors in the classrooms.
